In today's episode, I had an opportunity to speak with Scott Parker.

Scott Parker is an educator, team-building facilitator, and award-winning comedy performer who helps workplaces find their groove again. With a mix of laughter, learning, and leadership, he helps teams strengthen their culture and reconnect with purpose. Scott holds a master’s degree in education and has led workshops for companies like Shell Oil, PepsiCo, Edward Jones, and Comcast. A longtime improv teacher, he honed his craft with the legendary Second City and has performed in venues across the globe. As a teamwork expert (who literally re-traced the Lewis and Clark Trail), Scott knows what it takes to lead with curiosity, collaboration, and courage. He recently served as Executive Director of the award-winning Historic Chief Theater in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, and now brings humor and heart to every session—blending comedy, creativity, and leadership tools that help teams thrive.
